Tropical, mild to medium heat with hints of ginger and lime

Sugar rush peach chilli and Thai birds eye chilli give this sauce a unique heat. Fruity and zesty it is beautiful wth Thai beef or chicken salad.  Amazing on fish and fish tacos and a winner through fried rice.   We also love it on smashed avocado and vegetable burgers.
